just now my junior asked me 1 Q that related to GIT tract..

yes i do.. 1st of all.we need to know milk nie dtgnya atau asasnya dari apa?yes... of course its one of carbohydrate,and susu ni di category kan sbg lactose sugar.. atau disaccharide..click here to know more information.

Then,lactose resulted by 1 molecule of glucose + 1 molecule of galactose.and then u need to know that lactase enzyme is used for breaking the bond (hydrolysis) between 2 molecule asas tadi..itu jer..hehe

haha..thats enough to know some information but lactose..okey,memang bgus susu ni utk badan kita..sbb kandungannya yg banyak khasiat..ada calcium,mineral,some vitamin D n etc

but, to answer this Q actually,we need to know that intolerance of lactose can cause diarrhea..btul x? mgkin,ramai yg x tahu apa sbb intolerance lactose ni?okey..meh aku terangkan skit utk pemahaman korg..

lactose intolerance means lactose yang x dipecahkan oleh enzyme lactase dekat small intestine korg..means that lactase enzyme ni kurang dalam badan org yg kena diarrhea tuh..sebab tuh salah satu symptomnya asyik rasa nk buang air besar je..BUT!!Not all people deficient in lactase have the symptoms commonly associated with lactose intolerance, but those who do are said to have lactose intolerance..That's all!
